Ltd Companies will require at least 1 director and an optional company secretary. You will also need to issue at least 1 share, and maintain all company records at your Registered Address. Our workshop can be tailored to suit your requirements and we combine a variety of learning methods to work with the needs of delegates and businesses owners.

As a start up business you have a choice of either setting up as a Sole trader, Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, Partnership and the popular choice Limited Company.
